By placing an order with our shop, you acknowledge and agree that all products are made to order and, in many cases, customized by color, size, or personalized text. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and personalization information for accuracy prior to checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, listing information, or suspected misuse. In the event of a damaged or defective item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we may provide an appropriate resolution. Use of our website and purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
