All items are made to order. We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that larger orders, bulk purchases, or highly customized items may require additional production time.

If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and production timelines. While we do our best to accommodate special requests, expedited timelines cannot be guaranteed without prior approval.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
