No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is specially created based on your specifications, including personalized names, team names, numbers, dates, and custom colors.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please provide photos of the damaged item to help us process your claim quickly.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors in personalization details (such as misspelled names or incorrect numbers) that were provided by the customer at the time of order.
